SHAMAYAH – Poetry for Hips
SHAMAYAH

Health Disclaimer

Effective from 4 November 2026

The practices in SHAMAYAH – oriental dance, stretching, cardio, meditation and feminine practices – are created for enjoyment, movement and connection with yourself. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace consultation with a doctor or other specialist.

Before you begin, please consult a doctor if you:

  • are pregnant or have recently given birth;
  • have heart, breathing or joint problems, back problems or high blood pressure;
  • are recovering from an injury or surgery;
  • have any other health condition or are unsure whether movement is right for you.

Listen to your body. Move at your own pace and do not do anything that causes pain or discomfort. If you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, stop immediately and seek medical help if needed.

Make sure the place where you practise is safe – enough space, a non-slip floor and comfortable clothing.

The nature practices ("Water", "Forest") show how I dance in these places. If you decide to practise outdoors, judge for yourself whether the terrain and weather are safe.

The meditations and feminine practices are not psychotherapy. If you are going through a difficult emotional period, please seek support from a professional.

You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. Stefani Chivchibashieva (SHAMAYAH) is not liable for injuries or health problems arising from the practices, to the extent permitted by law.
