1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

• Name and email address – when you subscribe, register or sign up for emails.
• Country and billing details – when you pay.
• Payment data – processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Platform usage data – e.g. which lessons you have opened and how far you have progressed.
• Technical data – IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the website to work.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To provide your subscription and access to the lessons – performance of a contract.
• To issue payment documents and keep accounting records – legal obligation.
• To send you emails with news and inspiration – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in the email.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse – legitimate interest.

4. Who we share data with

• systeme.io – the platform that runs the website, lessons and emails.
• Stripe – processes card payments.
• Accountant and public authorities – only when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (e.g. in the USA). In those cases they apply the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We never sell your data to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

• Account data – while your subscription is active and for up to 3 years after you last used the platform.
• Payment and accounting documents – as long as Bulgarian law requires (up to 10 years).
• Newsletter email – until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to us at shamayahdance@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority in your country.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies that are necessary for login, payment and lessons to work. You can delete or restrict them in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then stop working.

8. Age

The platform is intended for people aged 18 and over.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, and we will notify you by email of any significant changes.
