Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The SHAMAYAH platform (by Stefani Shams) is provided by Stefani Chivchibashieva, ul. "Zlatna livada" 7, Karlovo, Bulgaria, email: shamayahdance@gmail.com. By subscribing, you accept these terms.

2. What you get

SHAMAYAH is an online platform with video lessons in oriental dance, stretching, meditation and feminine practices. Your subscription gives you access to the entire library in the members area, including the new practices we add every month. All you need is a device and an internet connection.

3. Your account

Access is personal and for you only. Please do not share your login details with other people. We may suspend an account that is used by several people or in breach of these terms.

4. Price and payment

  • The monthly subscription costs €7 per month and the annual subscription costs €69 per year. This is the final price you pay.
  • No VAT is charged, as the seller is not registered for VAT under the Bulgarian VAT Act.
  • Payment is made by card via Stripe.
  • The subscription renews automatically on the date you subscribed – every month on the monthly plan or every year on the annual plan – until you cancel it. On the annual plan, we will send you a reminder email before it renews.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to shamayahdance@gmail.com. After cancellation you will not be charged again, and your access remains until the end of the period (month or year) you have already paid for.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of your first payment without giving any reason. Simply write to shamayahdance@gmail.com within this period. We will refund the full amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

7. Refunds after the 14 days

After 14 days from your first payment, amounts paid are not refundable, including renewals and unused time in the current period. You can, however, cancel at any time so that you are not charged for the following period.

8. Price changes

If we change the price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply from the next renewal, and if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

9. Copyright

All videos, music, texts and photos in SHAMAYAH are owned by Stefani Chivchibashieva or used with permission. They are for your personal use only. You may not download, record, copy, share or distribute them.

10. Health and safety

You practise voluntarily and at your own risk. Please read our Health Disclaimer before you begin.

11. Platform availability

We do our best to keep the platform running without interruption, but there may occasionally be temporary outages due to maintenance or technical problems at our providers. We may update, replace or reorganise the content of the library.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and we will notify you by email of any significant changes.

13. Questions and disputes

For any questions or complaints, write to shamayahdance@gmail.com – we will do our best to find a solution together. Bulgarian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. As a consumer, you may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).
